  • Mole Poblano: A traditional sauce from Puebla state. The owner's mother’s recipe, made of different roasted dried chiles, peanuts, raisins, fried plantains, chocolate, and Mexican condiments.
     
  • Adobo Salsa: Made of roasted guajillo, dried chiles, roasted tomatoes, fresh garlic, onions, and condiments.
     
  • Salsa Verde: Made of green tomatillo, cilantro, green peppers, and Mexican spices.
