Welcome to Coyote Restaurant! By dining with us, ordering takeout or delivery, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Information

  • These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our restaurant, website, and services.
  • Coyote Restaurant reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Reservations & Seating

  • Reservations are recommended but not required. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations if guests arrive 15 minutes past the reserved time without notice.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are listed in [local currency] and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments. No checks are accepted.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless approved by management.

4. Food & Beverage Policy

  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed unless pre-approved by management.
  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions. Customers are encouraged to inform staff of any food allergies before ordering.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy [link to refund policy].
  • Takeout and delivery issues must be reported within 30 minutes of receiving the order.

6. Conduct & Liability

  • Coyote Restaurant has the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to:
    • Disruptive or violent conduct
    • Intoxication or drug use
    • Harassment of staff or guests
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items on the premises.

7. Promotions & Gift Cards

  • Promotions, discounts, and gift cards are subject to specific terms and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
  • Expired promotions or coupons will not be honored.

8. Privacy & Data Use

  • Any personal information provided (e.g., for reservations, loyalty programs, or online orders) will be kept confidential and used only for business-related purposes.
  • We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.

9. Changes & Termination

  • Coyote Restaurant reserves the right to change menu items, prices, operating hours, and policies without prior notice.
  • We may terminate service to any individual or party that violates these terms.

Return and Refund Policy

 

At Coyote Restaurant, we take pride in providing high-quality food and excellent service. However, we understand that issues may arise. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Dine-In Orders

  • If you are unsatisfied with your meal, please notify our staff immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue, whether by offering a replacement or an alternative solution.
  • Refunds for dine-in meals will only be issued in cases where there is a clear issue with food quality, incorrect orders, or an unsolvable problem.

2. Takeout & Delivery Orders

  • If there is an issue with your order (missing items, incorrect items, or food quality concerns), please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order.
  • Refunds or replacements will be provided at our discretion after reviewing the situation.
  • Food that has been consumed more than 25% may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders canceled before preparation begins may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Once food preparation has started, refunds may not be possible.

4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers are non-refundable.
  • Custom or special request orders may not be eligible for refunds.
